The center consists of four historically black colleges and universities (HBCUs) in southwest Atlanta, Georgia. The institutions included in this consortium are Clark Atlanta University, Spelman College, Morehouse College and the Morehouse School of Medicine. The consortium structure allows for students to cross-register at the other institutions in order to attain a broader collegiate experience. They also share the Robert W. Hello, I am a student at Florida A&M University! I recently returned from a conference where all the attendees were from an HBCU. I met students from all over, and not just the popular HBCUs, schools I had not even heard of before. So I came up with idea where I want to learn about other HBCUs and I’m sure other students would like to learn about the culture at other schools whether its something we have in common or a difference. So this here is a test run to see how many people can I get involved in this movement I’ve created in my head. I want to know about your student life, community service projects, fashion, music, entertainment, sports, and even greek life. So feel free to submit numerous post featuring your HBCU!
